By placing an order with MyTipi (trading as MyCanopy), you agree to the following terms.

OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT

All images, designs, and text are the property of MyTipi and may not be used without written permission.

PRODUCTS

  • Canopies are handmade to order. Lead times vary; estimated delivery will be confirmed at order.

  • Canopies are outdoor fabric structures, not permanent buildings. They are durable but cannot be guaranteed against all weather.

  • Care and maintenance guidance is provided. You agree to follow this guidance.

SAFETY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Safe siting, use, and maintenance of the canopy are your responsibility.

  • We accept no liability for misuse, neglect, or damage caused by weather, poor installation, or third parties.

  • If using firepits, stoves, or heaters beneath a canopy, you must ensure ventilation and safety precautions (we recommend a carbon monoxide alarm).

PAYMENT TERMS

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production starts.

  • Balance due before delivery or collection.

  • Payment via bank transfer, cheque, or agreed method.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

  • Delivery/installation dates will be confirmed at order; delays outside our control may occur.

  • If installation is agreed, you must provide sufficient site access and, where required, assistance.

  • Installation support is advisory only; ongoing safety remains your responsibility.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • Bespoke canopies are personalised items and are non-refundable once production has started.

  • Deposits are non-refundable in all cases.

LIABILITY

  • MyTipi accepts no responsibility for injury, property damage, or losses resulting from canopy use.

  • You are responsible for ensuring appropriate insurance (e.g., public liability for schools or group use).

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
